Please as a file to download, no streaming! Suggested file format: MP4 (H.264, aac, 25 fps, 1000 kBit/s) IMPORTANT: File must be playable with "VLC media player", without any plugins (features of the juries)! Please do not change the file after you have submited this form.

I acknowledge the terms of participation and warrant that I created the submitted entries myself or hold the rights to the submitted entries necessary for participation and the transfer of the usage rights described below. Furthermore, I warrant that the use of the submitted entries in accordance with this agreement does not infringe upon the rights of third parties (specifically copyright, related rights, personality rights, or music rights). I grant the German Children and Youth Film Centre (KJF) a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the entries, without geographical or temporal limitations. This includes, in particular, the right to publicly screen the submitted entries as part of the German Youth Film Award and its associated festival. The persons depicted have consented to the public screening of my film. The right of use also specifically extends to use across all of the KJF’s own analog and digital communication channels (websites, social media, print media, exhibitions, presentations, etc.) for the purpose of reporting on the competition and the KJF itself. The KJF is entitled to transfer the granted usage rights to third parties, provided such use serves the purpose of reporting on the German Youth Film Award or the KJF. The KJF may reproduce and permanently store the entries for archival purposes. Physical submissions become the property of the KJF for this purpose. Submissions sent by mail will only be returned upon express request (please enclose return postage).
